Delete your Tendabox account

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Tendabox account and associated personal data. We process verified requests within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (company name, email, phone, login credentials).
• Lines of business, contact persons, and uploaded business documents.
• Saved searches, favourites, cart items, and notification preferences.
• Personal identifiers in messages, applications, and quotations you submitted.

What we may retain

• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax invoices and procurement audit trails) for the minimum period set by law.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Tender submissions already received by buyers, where the buyer is the data controller.
